Organisation is also doing serious efforts towards technical education.
Because nowadays the period of scientific evolution and advancement in
technology so the technical education is main thing which can not only
develop our nation but will keep it in the race of technology other side it
will also provide better employment opportunities to our youths. So the
organisation after noticing the importance of technical education started a
technical education programme with National Council for Promotion of Urdu
Language, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India since October 2001. In this
programme the organisation opened an
IT
Training Centre and started a diploma programme named as
Diploma in Computer Application and
Multilingual DTP. |

This one
year diploma programme has been designed for transformation of educated
youths into productive human resource and making them part of the employable
technological work force in the emerging Information Technology scenario and
penetration of computer education to grass root level. Taking base as the
DOEACC ‘O’ level course contents, the contents have been enriched with
programming techniques , developing database applications, accounting
package, web designing tools, English, Hindi and Urdu Desk Top Publishing.
The contents have been designed keeping in view that there will be number of
career options for an individual after doing the course. The possible
options are:

Students have passed Intermediate Level Examination can apply. A selection
committee conducts an interview to sort out the deserving candidates for
admission.
The fee of
the Diploma is very low in compare to other institution of the equal course.
Students coming from poor backgrounds also get relaxation in the fee.
This year 53
students are enrolled in the Diploma Programme.

Activities of Computer Centre:
|

Computer Literacy Mission:
Under
Computer Literacy Mission Programme we conduct 10 days orientation training
programme to the rural male and female youth who have not achieved computer
training and there are not opportunities for them to get computer education.
This programme is running in collaboration with MANDI SAKSHARTA SAMITI.
About 190 young generations have got this training under this programme.

Annual Examination:
Annual
Examination of the students of computer centre conducted in the premises of
computer centre. This examination has been conducted under the supervision
of Mr. Akhilesh Bharti, Distt. Informatics officer, Distt. Mandi.

Educational
Tour:
An
Educational tour was also conducted by the staff and students of
institution. This tour go one day journey to Chuhar Valley of
distt. Mandi.
The students and staff of the institute enjoyed the Educational tour
programme.
